Grigor Arakelov is an in silico drug discovery team lead at Deep Origin, where he applies computational biology, AI/ML, and molecular modeling to accelerate small‑molecule design. He holds a PhD in bioinformatics from the Russian‑Armenian University and has served as a senior researcher at the Institute of Molecular Biology NAS RA, as well as a lecturer at the International Scientific‑Educational Center of the NAS RA and senior lecturer at the Russian‑Armenian University. His expertise spans computational drug discovery, protein modeling, and hybrid QM/MD simulation methods for target identification and lead optimization.
