Deep Origin Challenge 2025
We’re thrilled to announce that DeepOrigin is hosting the DO Challenge 2025 competition again! This year the competition will continue testing the participants on their problem-solving skills, creativity, and teamwork.
DeepOrigin is dedicated to revolutionizing drug discovery with its pioneering molecular modeling and simulation tools, leveraging high-performance computing and AI. The company is committed to democratizing access to best-in-class scientific tools by offering them on its Life Sciences Platform.
DO Challenge 2025 is an opportunity to demonstrate your ability to build efficient machine learning models under resource constraints while working in a small team. The competition will challenge your strategic thinking, decision-making and adaptability. Your team of up to 4 people will have 10 hours to develop and optimize your solution, making critical decisions that will play a key role in your path to victory. Success will depend not only on your coding skills but also on how effectively you manage limited resources—an approach that aligns with the real-world challenges tackled by DeepOrigin’s team in Armenia.

- Format: Individual or team-based. Teams can consist of 1-4 people.

Requirements
- Bring your own laptop(s)
- Experience in CS/coding
- No chemistry domain knowledge is required
